IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer – Financial Consolidation

We are looking for an experienced IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) Developer to support our enterprise financial consolidation platform. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining TM1 cubes, rules, and data integration processes used to consolidate financial transactions across multiple entities. Location: Remote Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and TI processes • Build and support financial consolidation models (multi-entity, multi-currency, eliminations) • Automate and manage data loads from ERP and transactional systems • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles • Ensure reconciliation between ERP and TM1 • Optimize performance and manage user security • Provide ongoing enhancements and production support ⸻ Qualifications • 4+ years hands-on experience with IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics • Strong expertise in cube design, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator • Experience supporting financial consolidation and reporting • Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Experience integrating TM1 with ERP systems
