Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their team. The role involves providing technical expertise in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of IFS Cloud Service Management solutions. As a key player in the team, the SME will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions, from initial requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical expert for the IFS Cloud Service Management suite, specializing in Mobile Work Order and Advanced Forms.
• Lead the technical design and configuration of IFS Cloud Service Management modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications, including data flows, integration mappings, and customizations.
• Design and implement interfaces and integrations between IFS Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Support data migration activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting technical solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications, including at least 2 years with IFS Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IFS lobbies, workflows, events, APIs, and data migration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and script-based system configuration.
• Experience with integration platforms and middleware tools.
• Solid understanding of field service business processes and project lifecycle implementations.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, IoT integrations within IFS, and cloud infrastructure hosting IFS Cloud.
• Exposure to project management tools and Agile methodologies.
