Implementation Engineer
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Engineer with expertise in Financials and Manufacturing to for an uopcoming project to lead the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of NetSuite ERP across our clients organization. This role requires a hands-on engineer with a strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, financial modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets), and manufacturing operations (Work Orders, BOM, Inventory Management, WIP).
The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical and functional expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful ERP implementation that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite implementation process, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyze current business processes and requirements across Finance and Manufacturing departments.
• Design and configure NetSuite modules, including:
• Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Revenue Recognition
• Manufacturing: Work Orders, BOMs, Routing, Inventory Management, Demand Planning
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Integrate NetSuite with external systems (CRM, E-commerce, MES, WMS) using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and third-party tools.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation to end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with accounting standards, and best practices in manufacturing and inventory control.
• Work with NetSuite support and third-party vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience, particularly in Financials and Manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and integration APIs.
• Experience with NetSuite Advanced Financials and Advanced Manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification.
• Experience with data migration and cleansing.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (GAAP, SOX compliance, etc.)
