Infor M3 Developer

Position: Infor M3 Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract Responsibilities :- • Manage and maintain our Infor M3 enterprise platform (Infor M3 ERP, Factory Track, DMP, ION & IDM solutions), ensuring optimal performance and system stability. • Analyze and resolve complex application issues, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior admins & analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements, ensuring that our enterprise applications support our business objectives. • Manage and coordinate with offshore team for update/build of application and data integration programs • Facilitate and Manage Daily Scrum Meetings (which includes onshore and offshore team) • Triage ERP defects and work with onshore & offshore development team for fixes, prioritize defects. • Update weekly status for ERP workstream and raise any risks to the leadership and identify mitigation actions. • Coordinate with business stakeholders/product owner to review incidents, issues and solution recommendations. • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations on how they can be leveraged to enhance our enterprise applications. Skills Required:- • 5 - 8 years of Infor M3 ERP experience (Infor M3, DMP, Factory Track, ION & IDM) • Should have strong experience with at least one functional domain such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to cash which involves modules Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Pricing & Invoicing, Warehouse & Distribution modules • Well-versed with all business processes and industry standards • Should have done a minimum of one end-to-end Infor M3 Implementation including system integrations (develop, rollout & support) for a customer • Must have working knowledge on M3 database tables and fields and integrated view • Strong working experience with ION Workflows, BOD customizations & development, EDI, H5 scripts and API integrations • Ability to write complex SQL queries on tables for various data extraction and report requirements • Well-acquainted with Infor Deployment Methodology • Ability and provide business solutions for custom requirements • Ability to prepare various project activities and support the project manager in same • Interactive and team player and should have handholding with functional consultants • Strong Experience with solution delivery life cycle processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, etc.) • Ability to document user stories and data flows is required • Basic knowledge of Data Modeling and BI reporting • Working experience on source-target field mapping on BI platform • Strong verbal and written communication • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience reviewing and challenging existing business processes, recommending relevant best practices and driving to decisions and process improvements. • Must be holding Infor Certification Preferred: • Bachelor's degree in computer science / MIS / business administration or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years prior related experience • Working experience in other ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle etc. • Experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Distribution industries • Demonstrated proficiency with Java, C++, or similar modern programming languages • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software system. • Extensive object-oriented design and coding skills • Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and databases Thanks and Regards:- Prashant Gaurav Email: prashant.g@amaze-systems.com Amaze Systems Inc USA: 8951 Cypress Waters Blvd, Suite 160, Dallas, TX 75019 Canada: 55 York Street, Suite 401, Toronto, ON M5J 1R7 USA | Canada | UK | India Amaze Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), and does not discriminate based on age, gender, religion, disability, marital status, race and also adheres to laws relating to non-discrimination on the basis of national origin and citizenship status.
