Informatica IDQ / CDQ Developer

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain data quality mappings, rules, and workflows using Informatica IDQ. • Work with Customer Data Quality (CDQ) tools to standardize and cleanse customer master data. • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data anomalies and quality issues. • Collaborate with business and data governance teams to define data quality metrics and validation rules. • Integrate IDQ solutions with ETL processes and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. • Develop match/merge logic and address standardization using IDQ transformations. • Participate in data quality audits, root cause analysis, and ongoing improvements. • Document technical designs, test cases, and deployment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 3–8 years of experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) development. • Hands-on experience with Customer 360 (CDQ) and Informatica MDM integration. • Strong skills in Data Profiling, Standardization, Matching, and Exception Management. • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). • Familiarity with data governance and metadata management concepts. • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or Axon Data Governance. • Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Understanding of data lineage, data catalog, and data stewardship workflows. Certifications (Preferred) • Informatica Certified Professional – IDQ or CDQ • Informatica MDM Specialist Certification
