Overview LABUR is supporting a client to advance its enterprise data strategy by optimizing and maintaining critical Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities. This engagement calls for an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to design, implement, and refine solutions that ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across the organization. Working closely with business and technology teams, this consultant will configure and troubleshoot Informatica MDM tools, enforce best practices, and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that empower accurate decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Review and apply design changes, enhancement requests, and configuration updates. • Ensure adherence to MDM SaaS best practices. • Provide guidance on data model extensions and rule logic. • Review performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements. • Evaluate impacts of Informatica product releases and patches. • Collaborate with architecture leads for SLA definition, escalations, roadmap development, and prioritization. • Implement enhancements and fixes in MDM, CDI, CAI, CDQ. • Monitor scheduled jobs and process flows. • Handle day-to-day support incidents within agreed SLAs. • Document use cases, update runbooks, and maintain technical specifications. • Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles. • Optimize mappings, workflows, APIs, and rules. • Perform deep-dive debugging of issues (MDM, CDI, CAI, CDQ, R360, etc.). • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. • Analyze performance issues and recommend optimization strategies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3–6 years of experience in Informatica MDM development. • Experience with IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud). • Strong understanding of MDM SaaS best practices and data governance principles. • Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM components (CDI, CAI, CDQ, R360). • Proficiency in debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with cloud-based MDM deployments. • Knowledge of data modeling and rule-based configurations. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Compensation $70 - $80 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
