Role description
Role: Informatica MDM Engineer
Location: Plano , Texas 75024.
Duration : 12 Months
Job Description :
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization, resolving data pipeline failures and related issues.
• Troubleshoot and fix data-related incidents, failed batch jobs, data loading errors, and user-reported bugs.
• Perform root-cause analysis of recurring production incidents and implement permanent, proactive fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data-governance policies.
• Analyze large data sets to detect anomalies, data errors, and duplicates; prepare and execute data-correction processes in MDM.
• Monitor and maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between the MDM platform and spoke systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, SIF API, or IDQ/ETL tools.
• Required skills and tools include Informatica MDM Hub Console 10.5, IDD, SIF, Match/Merge rules, provisioning tool, IDQ 10.5, Putty, strong SQL skills (Oracle), UNIX shell scripting, Autosys scheduling, IBM Sterling Integrator (MFT), ServiceNow or JIRA, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
