Information Technology Business Analyst

ITTConnect is seeking a Business System Analyst to work for one of our clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. Responsibilities: • Onsite Business Systems Analyst to work with a scrum team for a Connected Vehicle program in an onshore-offshore delivery model. • Work with the client product owner and BA to write and elaborate user stories and technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with global technical teams to elaborate and clarify and queries on user stories on timely basis. • Work with the client to communicate and understand requirements of development and testing • Understanding databases, SQL, Java Development and Testing to write and elaborate actionable user stories Requirements • 15+ years of IT experience • 10+ years of experience as a BA • Experience with Connected Vehicle or Automotive industry • Desirable experience working as a consultant for large consulting firms • Strong experience in JIRA and Agile delivery framework. • Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement proactively. • Developing user stories based on prioritized business requirements and working with the client and offshore technical teams to design scalable and performance efficient solutions. • Effectively own UAT planning, coordination to ensure timely completion of UAT testing per plan. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills required. • Technical proficiency in java, SQL, testing and database technology • Ability to navigate stakeholder expectations • Strong communication and documentation skills.
