The IT Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, documenting BRDs, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring high-quality product delivery through test planning and validation.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
2–6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Prepare high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirements.
Work as part of a Scrum team following Agile methodologies.
Develop detailed test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria based on requirements/user stories.
