Information Technology Business Analyst

Job Title: IT Business Analyst/ Project Manager Location: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid) Type: 6+ Months + Possible Extension Job Description: We are seeking an IT Business Analyst/ Project Manager to develop, execute, and manage small to mid-sized IT projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. This role will work closely with business and IT management to set project goals, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate resources, and experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and track IT projects to ensure successful delivery. • Manage scope, risks, and issues; escalate and resolve as needed. • Develop work plans, assign tasks, and coordinate resources. • Prepare and deliver project reports/status updates for stakeholders. • Gather lessons learned and close out projects with approvals. • Support larger programs by assisting Program/Project Managers. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. • 10+ years’ experience in IT project management, business systems analysis, or software development. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
