Role description
About the Role
• Lead requirements gathering and document current and future state business processes
• Produce clear and complete Requirements Definition documentation
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and document project decisions
• Assist Procurement in translating requirements into a Statement of Work (SOW)
• Support a phased migration approach:
• Phase 1: Lift-and-shift of current functionality with minor enhancements
• Phase 2: Additional platform enhancements
Qualifications
Required:
• 4+ years with COTS applications and SaaS platforms
• 4+ years in business analysis, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• 8+ years defining user requirements and documenting business processes
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred:
• Experience migrating COTS applications to low-code SaaS
• Knowledge of state/public-sector procurement processes
• Familiarity with professional licensure or regulatory systems
Schedule & Location
• Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite at 9960 Mayland Drive, Henrico, VA
• Occasional meetings may require additional onsite presence
• Initial interview is virtual; final interview will be in-person
