Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI & Advanced Digital Platforms We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support large‑scale AI and advanced digital platform initiatives. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and drive successful delivery across enterprise systems. This is a highly visible role supporting initiatives across AI/ML enablement, data platforms, cloud applications, and enterprise integrations. What You’ll Do • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for AI‑driven and data‑centric initiatives. • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system specifications. • Partner with software engineers, data engineers, AI/ML teams, and platform architects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and technically sound. • Support initiatives involving data lakes, analytics platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud‑based applications. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos. • Support testing and UAT efforts to ensure delivered solutions meet business intent. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. What You Bring • 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst supporting complex technology initiatives. • Strong experience working with enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud environments. • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for diverse audiences. • Experience working in Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery models. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have • Experience supporting AI‑enabled products, advanced analytics, or data platforms. • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (model inputs/outputs, pipelines, monitoring). • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, modern integration patterns, or DevOps/MLOps concepts. • Background in industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, or data‑center‑adjacent environments. • Experience working with global delivery teams.
