IT Business Analyst Team Lead 📌 Location: Boca Raton, FL 33434 🕒 Contract | On-site | Hourly Rate: $60–$70/hr About the Role Hays is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst Team Lead to join our team in Boca Raton. This is a long-term contract role renewed annually, offering the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of analysts while driving impactful technology initiatives across the department. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coach junior business analysts across multiple projects. • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications. • Identify opportunities for process automation and redesign. • Create documentation for new technologies and business processes. • Liaise between business units and IT to deliver effective technical solutions. • Support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives. • Utilize MS Visio for process mapping and documentation. • Make strategic recommendations on application architecture and build vs. buy decisions. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments. • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with business process redesign and automation. • Proficiency in MS Visio. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
