Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assist with the segmentation of medical and facility devices. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT networking, inventory validation, and Agile activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the segmentation of medical and facility devices by completing each step in the Communication and Validation processes.
• Reach out to stakeholders to review and validate inventory information.
• Understand IT networking concepts to comprehend device data flows.
• Document results of inventory validation.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in Program Agile Activities.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of IT networking concepts (will significantly help to understand what is being done and what to look for).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite (with strong Excel)
• Ability to document processes and validation results clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Required Education:
-Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis.
