Information Technology Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a – “IT Business Analyst (Quorum Analyst)” for a Contract position with a client located in Remote. Pay Range: $48-$50/hr. (The rate/salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.). Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with deep expertise in Quorum products to support critical business and IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Quorum applications such as FlowCal, TestIt, and TIPS, and will serve as a subject matter expert driving process optimization, configuration, and integration efforts across business systems. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary Quorum subject matter expert (SME) for system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. • Support implementation, testing, and enhancement of Quorum applications, including FlowCal, TestIt, and TIPS. • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, and system design specifications. • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process improvement. • Provide ongoing user support, training, and system issue resolution. • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. • Expert-level knowledge of Quorum software, including FlowCal, TestIt, and TIPS. • Strong understanding of measurement, gas/liquid accounting, and energy operations. • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, workflows, and business processes. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Quorum system integrations and upgrades. • Prior exposure to energy sector operations (midstream, upstream, or downstream). • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization, or reporting tools.
