Job Title: Information Technology Data Analyst
Location: Newbury UK (Remote / Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. This customer-facing role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively analyze data, provide insights, and communicate findings to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in dealing with SAM/HAM applications and its content is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Oracle DB, Power BI).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Review and spot patterns in data (for repeating patterns and error patterns), apply analytics to it and enrich data, or and fix error records.
• Strong in retrieving, performing analysis and updating large data sets using SQL queries on using modern DBs and Analytics tools like Power BI.
• Engage collaborate with stakeholders across the globe in different time zones in other functions – Product Management, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, Support.
• Experience of coaching/mentoring team members as a lead is desirable.
