About the Role Join a dynamic governance team at a top-tier banking client where innovation, collaboration, and career growth are front and center. This junior-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to break into data governance, analytics, or project coordination. You’ll work closely with governance leads, Power BI developers, and cross-functional teams to support data quality, dashboarding, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support the development and execution of governance processes and methodologies. • Assist in creating and maintaining governance artifacts, reports, and metrics. • Collaborate with scrum teams and governance leads on daily operations. • Work with Power BI developers to support dashboard creation and data visualization. • Help resolve ServiceNow data quality issues and track status updates. • Coordinate governance-related activities and contribute to project planning. • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency. • Participate in cross-squad initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts. Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and concepts. • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities. • Coachable with a growth mindset—technical skills can be taught. • Interest in data, dashboarding, and project coordination. • Potential to grow into engineering, Power BI, or governance-focused roles. Preferred Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree (recent grads encouraged to apply). • Internship or academic experience in data, analytics, or project management. • Familiarity with MS Excel and Office Suite. • Exposure to tools like Snowflake or DBT is a plus (but not required). • Demonstrated soft skills and professional demeanor.
