Job Title: ServiceNow Sr Developer Job Location: REMOTE Role (EST based Client location is St Raleigh, NC ) Project Duration: 12+ months with possible Extension W2 Only – No C2C Experienced in Telecomm Industry will be plus if Non-Local to Raleigh, NC. Open for fully REMOTE Work Job Summary The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support client’s managed services and internal operations. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve overall service experience for enterprise customers Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules. β€’ Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, forms, and integrations. β€’ Build integrations with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and CMDB sources. β€’ Support CMDB, Service Mapping, automation initiatives, platform upgrades, and release management. β€’ Implement and optimize Knowledge Management within ServiceNow, including governance, KCS adoption, workflows, and self-service capabilities. Must-Have Skills: Strong ServiceNow experience with ITSM/CSM, SPM, and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and VMware integrations with ITSM workflows Experience in Managed Services/MSP or Enterprise IT environments Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred: β€’ ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications β€’ Experience with Service Mapping & Discovery β€’ ITIL/KCS knowledge β€’ Agile/DevOps experience
