Role description
Our client, the worldβs leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for an Information Technology - Talent Intelligence Analyst.
This is a 12-month contract based in New York (preferred) or remote. You must be able to work in the USA and not hold H1B visa status. The hourly rate is up to $75; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C, no H1Bs.
The Role:
As a Talent Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your foundational skills in research and problem-solving to support the Talent organization. This role will be dedicated to our Executive Insights practiceβa new partnership between Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement, Our Clientβs internal executive search function.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct in-depth research to support Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement initiatives, including competitive intelligence gathering and comprehensive market mapping.
β’ Prepare clear and concise insights memos to inform hiring leaders of key market trends, talent availability, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Manage accurate data collection and entry to ensure the integrity of tools and databases that drive talent-related decision-making across the organization.
β’ Collaborate with the Executive Engagement team to refine search strategies based on research findings.
β’ Stay up to date on new research tools, methodologies, and best practices in executive search and talent research.
Skills:
β’ 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or research role in executive search, HR, consulting, tech, or finance.
β’ Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ High attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach.
β’ Curiosity, open-mindedness, and thoughtfulness toward work and professional relationships that make you a great teammate and partner in the Talent organization.
