About The Role
The Analytics Team is spread right across the Partnership, using advanced analytics to help stakeholders solve problems and make better decisions. As an Insight Manager, Analytics, you will be allocated to a part of the business and be responsible for maximising value from your projects in that area (including those of your direct reports where applicable). You will accomplish that through the application of your technical expertise, appropriate analytical techniques, effective stakeholder management, clear storytelling, recommendations and timely delivery. This is a specialist, hands-on role and you will be expected to lead several significant analytical projects in your business area. We are looking for Partners who are motivated to solve business problems, with curious and pragmatic mindsets. In addition, we are looking for analysts who not only have extensive technical knowledge, but who also have the ability to apply those skills in a practical and time sensitive way with great communication.

As Partners we all share the responsibility of ownership and in its rewards. We use our voices to contribute to our success, working together through the good and challenging times, holding true to our behaviours and treating everyone with kindness and respect.
We all own making the Partnership somewhere we belong. Embracing our differences and creating an environment where we’re free to be ourselves and can THRIVE. Growing ourselves individually, and as a collective.
