Role description
Weβre seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team for our client (connects the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful) focused on driving data-informed decision-making across Go-to-Market operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working with large datasets, and can translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
β’ Drive data-backed insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives across GTM operations
β’ Analyze business performance, monitor data quality, and identify opportunities for improvement
β’ Own and execute analytical projects supporting company-wide programs
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Systems
β’ Build, maintain, and document datasets with a strong focus on accuracy and scalability
β’ Perform data cleanup and transformation using tools like SQL, applying structured frameworks to ambiguous datasets
β’ Execute and validate data updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring consistency and completeness
β’ Explore and implement advanced analytics or AI-driven solutions for optimization (automation, cloud tools, etc.)
Must-Have Qualifications
β’ 2β4 years of experience working with data in a business environment (analytics, reporting, operations, or data management)
β’ Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
β’ Proficiency in SQL and working with structured datasets
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
β’ High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
β’ Strong communication skills to present findings and influence decisions
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
β’ Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
β’ Familiarity with data warehousing and building business-critical tables
β’ Exposure to distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto)
β’ Programming experience in languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar
β’ Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis or insights generation
β’ Understanding of advertising/media ecosystems and agency models
β’ Experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, or advanced analytics techniques
