Wipro are looking for an Insurance Business Analyst to work in Norwich on a contract basis The role will have a primary focus on supporting the delivery of one of our core strategic deals, whilst also contributing to the wider development of our Digital Policy Administration Proposition. Key Responsibilities β€’ Drive the development of business requirements and the shaping of the client solution β€’ Analyse key Insurance business processes, Designing and developing digital process and customer journeys β€’ Collaborating with business stakeholders and Wipro technical design / development teams to deliver end to end process improvement / digitisation β€’ Working with business and design stakeholders to define potential benefits release from digital solutions β€’ Facilitate, plan and conduct workshops Required Experience & Skills β€’ Experience of UK Insurance Market β€’ Experience in Data migration, Data integration, Data analysis β€’ Ability to capture requirement & define and work within scope β€’ Strong gap analysis skills (identify inefficiencies s or gaps/issues with existing processes) - β€’ Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, controls etc. based Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills β€’ Excellent facilitation skills - planning and conducting workshops β€’ Excellent Stakeholder Management skills β€’ Experience of all aspects of Agile delivery involving a BA i.e. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and Confluence, concept of role of BA in an Agile project, ceremonies & responsibilities β€’ Maintaining appropriate artefacts and documentation depending upon the type of project (Business Requirement Document, JIRA Epic/Feature etc.) Inclusion We don’t just look at your CV.
