Insurance Business Analyst

Wipro are looking for an Insurance Business Analyst to work in Norwich on a contract basis The role will have a primary focus on supporting the delivery of one of our core strategic deals, whilst also contributing to the wider development of our Digital Policy Administration Proposition. Key Responsibilities • Drive the development of business requirements and the shaping of the client solution • Analyse key Insurance business processes, Designing and developing digital process and customer journeys • Collaborating with business stakeholders and Wipro technical design / development teams to deliver end to end process improvement / digitisation • Working with business and design stakeholders to define potential benefits release from digital solutions • Facilitate, plan and conduct workshops Required Experience & Skills • Experience of UK Insurance Market • Experience in Data migration, Data integration, Data analysis • Ability to capture requirement & define and work within scope • Strong gap analysis skills (identify inefficiencies s or gaps/issues with existing processes) - • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, controls etc. based Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills • Excellent facilitation skills - planning and conducting workshops • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills • Experience of all aspects of Agile delivery involving a BA i.e. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and Confluence, concept of role of BA in an Agile project, ceremonies & responsibilities • Maintaining appropriate artefacts and documentation depending upon the type of project (Business Requirement Document, JIRA Epic/Feature etc.) Inclusion We don’t just look at your CV.
