Role description
• Salesforce CRM Strategy & Implementation o Lead large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations and enhancements across institutional and intermediary business units. o Define and execute CRM transformation initiatives, including platform consolidation and capability expansion. o Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives, sales processes, and client engagement strategies. • 2. CRM Convergence & Data Migration o Drive CRM convergence initiatives to unify multiple legacy systems into a centralized Salesforce environment. o Oversee end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. o Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity across all CRM datasets. • 3. Client Data Model & Hierarchy Management o Design and optimize client and account hierarchies to reflect complex institutional and intermediary relationships. o Develop scalable data models supporting households, financial advisors, distributors, and organizational structures. o Enable a 360-degree client view to improve segmentation, coverage, and relationship management. • 4. Enterprise Integration Architecture o Define and implement integration architecture between Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems such as data warehouses, distribution platforms, and reporting tools. o Collaborate with engineering teams on API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and real-time/batch data pipelines. o Ensure seamless data flow across CRM, analytics, and enterprise data platforms. • 5. Governance, Risk & Compliance o Establish CRM governance frameworks, including data standards, access controls, and change management processes. o Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls. o Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption metrics. • 6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery o Partner with business stakeholders, sales teams, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives. o Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. o Lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure successful execution of CRM and integration programs. • 7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation o Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities (e.g., automation, analytics, AI-driven insights) to enhance sales productivity and client engagement. o Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem advancements and integrate new features where relevant. o Drive continuous improvement in data processes, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
