Job: Integration Analyst Duration: 9+ Months Location: Roseville, CA, 95747 Pay Rate: $40.00/hr on W2 Job Description: We are seeking a highly technical Integration Services contractor to support newly developed and evolving integration processes. These processes are currently under active development and review, and this role will play a key part in validating data integrity, documenting workflows, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Create, maintain, and continuously update documentation for newly established and evolving integration processes. • Validate integration data within a new integrated environment, confirming that: o Existing data is flowing correctly through the system. o Newly introduced data can be accurately validated and proven. • Perform detailed data analysis to isolate and validate specific data sets based on provided direction. • Confidently report findings, identify anomalies, and propose practical improvements to integration processes and data flows. • Produce clear, well-structured documentation at multiple levels of technical depth, including: o Process flows o Business and technical rules o Assumptions and dependencies o Data validation approaches o Frequencies and timing of integration activities • Ensure documentation clearly defines user roles, responsibilities, and expectations within each portion of the process to support effective communication and adoption. Technical Expectations • Create and use basic to intermediate T-SQL queries to validate, analyze, and substantiate integration results. • Basic and working knowledge of AI tools including Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT. • Analyze database-level data to support data integrity checks and root-cause investigations. • The ability to create, review, and debug basic C# and/or Python code used within internal automation tasks, particularly those supporting data movement, validation, or reporting workflows. • Develop lightweight internal Power BI reports or dashboards, as needed, to summarize findings, trends, and high-level activity metrics related to integration validation. Required Qualifications • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and data flows. • Prior exposure to relational database schemas and data-driven systems. • Ability to take direction efficiently and apply it to focused validation and analysis tasks. • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven experience producing clear, usable documentation that supports cross-functional understanding and collaboration.
