About the Role
As a D365 Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective D365 solutions. Youβll work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure the platform is optimised to meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
β’ Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365.
β’ Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
β’ Support the design, configuration, and testing of D365 solutions.
β’ Provide training and support to end-users.
β’ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement (CE).
β’ Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects
β’ Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, or sales.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable Skills
β’ D365 certifications.
β’ Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
β’ Knowledge of data migration and integration strategies.
