Interim Data Project Lead, Outside IR35, Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Interim Data Project Lead to drive a critical enterprise transformation program within a global manufacturing environment. This role will focus on designing and implementing a robust data strategy, embedding data capabilities across the organisation, and ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities will include; • Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives. • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality and compliance. • Lead data workstreams within a large-scale transformation program, ensuring integration with overall business objectives. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of data-related initiatives, from design through execution and adoption. • Embed data management and analytics capabilities across business units. • Drive cultural change towards data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions within SAP and other enterprise platforms. • Support migration and harmonization of data across systems during transformation. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data strategy and transformation progress. • Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver program objectives. Role requirements • Proven track record in end-to-end enterprise transformations, ideally within manufacturing. • Strong expertise in data strategy, governance, and capability building. • Hands-on experience with SAP data architecture and integration. • Ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication and change management skills.
