Interim FP&A & Strategic Analytics

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Interim Senior Financial Analyst to provide additional FP&A support during a busy planning cycle. This role is ideal for someone with a strong FP&A background who enjoys financial modeling, business analysis, and building scalable tools that improve decision-making. You'll support a variety of high-impact initiatives while helping improve reporting, planning, and analytical processes. Responsibilities • Execute ad hoc FP&A and strategic finance projects • Build financial models and analytical tools • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Develop repeatable reporting and planning templates • Create dashboards and reporting solutions • Support financial systems and data improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and improve workflows Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field • 3-5+ years of progressive FP&A experience • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis experience • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools • Experience working with enterprise data warehouses (Snowflake or similar) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred • Experience supporting mid-to-large corporate organizations • NetSuite experience • Experience with financial systems implementations or reporting improvements • Technology, SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or other high-growth industry experience Whether you need Interim leaders for short-term projects, seasonal demands, or critical gaps, our consultants leverage industry expertise and a strong network to connect you with the right professionals—fast.
