Inventory Data Analyst

What You’ll Do • Own the Item Master — Upload new engineering/commercial items and keep product data clean, current, and structured. • Classify Parts for Global Trade — Assign HTS/ECCN codes for new and existing materials. • Set Customer Pricing — Build pricing for standard and custom items and maintain price lists. • Analyze Service Activity — Review service reports and update item records based on real?world usage. • Support International Shipping — Develop import/export classifications for materials. • Create Custom Reports — Deliver ad?hoc analysis for Customer Service and other teams. • Maintain Item Data — Update fields, revisions, and attributes in the ERP system. • Support Adjacent Functions — Assist with ECO/BOM uploads, forecasting, and identifying item alternatives. What Makes You a Strong Fit • Experience with part numbering, revision control, BOMs, and strong Excel skills. • Comfortable working in ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus). • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high?volume data work. • Knowledge of ISO standards, SQL, forecasting, or trade compliance is a bonus.
