Role description
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Inventory Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Englewood, Colorado.
Duties:
β’ Partner with teams to analyze data accuracy across inventory systems, with a lab-specific focus
β’ Work on updating and maintaining lab inventory systems, identifying mismatches, duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data
β’ Support the implementation of data validation processes and internal metrics reporting
β’ Use SQL and Microsoft Excel to conduct queries and clean-ups
β’ Document current-state and future-state data processes clearly and completely
β’ Support ongoing audits and help define what "done" looks like for each data set or system
β’ Create or enhance dashboards (e.g., in Tableau) for better internal visibility
Desired Skills/Experience:
β’ Experience in SQL and Mircrosoft Excel
β’ Tableau or Power BI experience
β’ Strong communicator, comfortable asking questions and explaining fixes
β’ Python experience for automation or data manipulation
β’ Exposure to IP Control or IP Solutions tracking systems
β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams in lab or R&D settings
