<Job Summary>We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial decision-making through rigorous analysis and insightful reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence in financial analysis and strategic planning. <Responsibilities> Conduct thorough financial analysis using advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and VBA to interpret complex data sets and identify trends. Develop and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions. Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources including Bloomberg, ERP systems, Hyperion, and governmental accounting reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare clear, comprehensive financial reports that communicate insights on profit & loss statements, cash flow analysis, and business performance metrics. Perform quantitative research and analysis on potential investments, market conditions, and industry trends to inform strategic planning efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business analysis projects related to corporate finance, cost accounting, and financial planning initiatives. Assist in the development of dashboards and data visualizations that enhance business intelligence capabilities for stakeholders at all levels. <Qualifications> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA are a plus. Proven experience with financial software including Bloomberg terminals, Hyperion, ERP systems, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with expertise in pivot tables, data visualization techniques, macros (VBA), and financial modeling. Knowledge of SQL for data collection and manipulation; experience with Power BI or Tableau for analytics visualization is highly desirable. Solid understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss analysis, cash flow forecasting, budgeting processes, and corporate finance principles. Experience in investment banking or corporate accounting provides valuable insight into industry best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets accurately; strong math skills are essential. Effective communication skills for preparing detailed reports on financial analysis findings and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
