Investment Data Engineer

Investment Data Engineer £700-750/day overall assignment rate to umbrella 4-month initial contract London-based - twice a week onsite We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a Platforms and Delivery division, working closely with the Investment Risk Team on a critical data platform maintenance and enhancement programme. Investment Data Engineer, key skills: • Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering, particularly using Snowflake • Proven experience developing and maintaining workflows using Apache Airflow and DBT (Data Build Tool) • Experience integrating and supporting Bloomberg data feeds, services or associated investment data solutions • Strong SQL development and data modelling capabilities • Python programming • Experience working within complex enterprise data environments • Ability to quickly understand existing systems and deliver value with minimal ramp-up time • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities Investment Data Engineer, Bloomberg, SQL, Python, DBT, Airflow Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
