Key Responsibilities • Data Handling & Analysis: Analyze large, raw, or unstructured datasets from multiple sources, including financial, partner, and user behaviour datasets. • Technical Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards and reports (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or SQL) to deliver actionable insights. • Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and maintenance of documentation for data sources. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product, growth, and engineering teams to define key metrics and support data-driven decision-making. • Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of specific domains, such as capital markets or human resources (People Data). Required Skills & Qualifications • SQL & Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with MySQL or other databases is critical. • Analytical Tools: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) and tools like R, Python, SAS, or ETL tools. • Data Engineering/Modeling: Experience with ETL/Data Warehouse testing, data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), and data lineage (e.g., MS Purview). • Experience Level: Usually 3–5+ years in data analytics or similar roles. • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to work with unstructured data, and communication skills to present insights.
