Title: Item & Supply Master Data Management AnalystLocation - Ann Arbor, MI - Hybrid - Onsite Monday - Thursday / Remote FridaysJob summaryThis individual contributor position will lead and support Item & Supply Master Management across all enterprise functions. As an Item & Supply Master Data Management Analyst, you are responsible for driving compliance with master data standards, maintaining, and supporting supply chain master data related to products, maintaining item code requests, product bulletin creation and issuance, and collaborating with Central Inventory Management team on any product/supply issues. In this position, there will be a heavy focus on building advocacy across the organization, building trust amongst peers, and influencing others to properly engage with the Procurement Shared Services Team. Main responsibilitiesItem Code Management & Product/Supply Issues
β’ Manage the communication and documentation of product changes, issues, and recalls that affect the company's inventory and supply chain.
β’ Create and manage item code request forms (ICRFs) for new and modified products
β’ Create and issue product bulletins to inform the appropriate stakeholders of any product updates, changes, or alerts using the preferred communication channels and formats.
β’ Responsible for data entry into the ERP and any associated systems.
β’ Maintains integrity of the Item Master databases.
β’ Performs Supplier updates on item changes/data.
β’ Identifies and resolves issues due to missing or erroneous data, regardless of whether the system provides warnings or error messages.
β’ Proactively engage teams across the entire Procure-to-Pay ecosystem to ensure item set-up and maintenance related activities are effectively handled with proper controls
β’ Continuously drive opportunities to optimize item set-up and data management processes without compromising quality or service levels
β’ Keen ability in influencing various levels of leadership, building trusting relationships, and guiding stakeholders in decision making.
Blanket Purchase Orders - IT Contractors
β’ Create and maintain blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) for contractors who provide services to the company, up to ~315+ per year, with the team reviewing Statement of Works (SOWs) and Recruitment Services Agreements (RSAs). In addition to creating the blanket Purchase Orders via Contract Terms in Ariba, the Contractor - Item & Supply Master Management will be responsible for ensuring their internal stakeholders receive the correct number of hours against the contract.
Job requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
β’ Min 2 - 4 years of experience with exposure in the Procurement/Supply Chain space, with experience supporting various enterprise functions such as IT, Marketing, Finance, International, Operations, and HR.
β’ Ability to drive purpose and commitment to the direction chosen.
β’ Ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships.
β’ Expert project management, time management, organizational and influence skills.
β’ Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across different departments and locations.
β’ Strong oral/written communication skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output
