Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro and Apple device management in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in macOS and Apple device security, including device profiles, policies, and automation.
Familiarity with JAMF Pro scripting (Bash, Python, AppleScript) and automation techniques for device management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot macOS and JAMF Pro issues effectively.
Understanding of enterprise IT environments, including MDM, security compliance, and cloud integrations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
