Role description
Jamf Pro Engineer (Mac / Endpoint) Own and scale our macOS environment as the Jamf Pro SME. You’ll lead a high-impact Mac rollout replacing VDI, drive automation, and deliver a seamless, secure end-user experience. What You’ll Do • Own Jamf Pro architecture, deployment, and lifecycle • Lead MacBook rollout (VDI replacement initiative) • Package & deploy macOS apps at scale • Automate workflows and build self-service solutions • Manage integrations (SSO, LDAP, cloud identity, SMTP) • Administer Jamf tools: Connect, Protect, ADCS, Infra Manager • Script and customize using Bash + Jamf API • Deliver endpoint health & performance insights • Provide Tier 3 support and solve complex issues • Partner with IT, Security, and business leaders What You Bring • 3+ years Jamf Pro + macOS in enterprise environments • Strong Bash scripting & automation mindset • Experience with app packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of macOS best practices + endpoint security • Ability to work independently and move fast • Azure AD / Entra ID experience is a plus Bonus • Jamf 400 certification Why this role? • High ownership, modern tooling, and the chance to build and transform the Mac experience at scale.
