Angular Developer 📍 Jupiter, Florida |On-site | Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Angular Developer with deep expertise in Angular, Node.js, and cloud-based architectures to join our growing engineering team in Jupiter, Florida. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll provide both technical direction and day-to-day development support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution—from planning through implementation—while mentoring team members, promoting engineering excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead full-stack development initiatives using Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript. • Architect, design, and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust software solutions that meet business objectives. • Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, helping them resolve complex technical challenges. • Manage infrastructure and ensure alignment with cloud technologies (preferably AWS). • Develop and maintain technical strategies and roadmaps, identifying areas for process and technology improvement. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices. • Stay current with emerging technologies, assessing their potential to enhance product capabilities and business performance. • Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies and practices (experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus). Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in Angular UI development. • 5+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript. • 5+ years of experience in API development (GraphQL experience a strong plus). • 5+ years of SQL experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle). • 2+ years working with cloud technologies (AWS preferred). • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with Scaled Agile highly desirable. • Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, balancing hands-on coding with high-level architectural guidance. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering results.
