Skills & Expertise:
• Experience migrating integrations from Red Hat Fuse (JBoss Fuse) to Red Hat build of Apache Camel on Quarkus or Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Apache Camel integration patterns and route development using Java or XML DSL.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, JMS/MQ, and File-based integrations.
• Familiarity with Camel component upgrades, deprecated APIs, and version changes between Fuse and Camel 4.
• Proficiency in Java development, Maven/Gradle builds, and CI/CD integration.
• Ability to analyze existing Fuse routes, design migration approaches, and implement modernized solutions.
• Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills to ensure reliable and maintainable integrations.
• Effective communication and collaboration working directly with customer engineering and operations teams.
