Job Title: JD Edwards WorldSoft Developer (OMS / AS400)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description:
The JD Edwards WorldSoft Developer will be responsible for providing production support, development, and enhancements for JDE WorldSoft Order Management Systems (OMS) on IBM i (iSeries/AS400). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE, and SQL400, along with deep technical-functional understanding of JDE WorldSoft 7.3 and Order Management Systems (OMS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide production support for JD Edwards (JDE) applications, ensuring issues are resolved as per agreed SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Document resolutions and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a knowledge base.
• Provide on-call support and critical alert monitoring for production environments.
• Manage incident and change management processes, ensuring timely response and escalation as needed.
• Support the generation and maintenance of daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business, functional, and architectural design documents to develop or modify code.
• Create technical design documents, including flowcharts and pseudo-code to illustrate logical processes.
• Develop, test, and debug code for enhancements and bug fixes in JDE OMS and related systems.
• Participate in and sometimes lead project meetings and test plan walkthroughs.
• Provide estimates for development tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and assist other developers in meeting project deadlines and ensuring code quality.
• Design and maintain unit test plans, track defects, and perform thorough testing to confirm functionality.
• Follow established SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall.
Required Technical Skills:
• IBM i (iSeries/AS400) – Expert level.
• JD Edwards WorldSoft 7.3 – Strong hands-on experience.
• Order Management Systems (OMS) – Deep functional and technical experience.
• RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, SQL400 – Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
• SQL on AS400 – Advanced expertise.
• Experience supporting and developing JDE OMS integrations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ServiceNow (Help Desk / Support).
• Familiarity with Clarity (Project Management & Time Reporting tool).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments using JIRA or similar tools.
Preferred Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in JD Edwards WorldSoft development and support.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and legacy modernization.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate project deliverables.
