We are seeking a Junior BI Developer with hands-on experience in BI report migration and data validation to support the modernization of legacy OBIEE reports into Tableau dashboards. The role focuses on recreating existing reports, validating metrics, and supporting UAT activities. Key Responsibilities • Recreate existing OBIEE reports in Tableau with metric, filter, and aggregation parity • Perform data reconciliation and validation between Oracle source systems and Databricks outputs • Analyze legacy report logic and translate calculations into Tableau • Write and execute SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting • Support Tableau dashboard development, enhancements, and UAT cycles • Document report logic, calculations, and source-to-target mappings • Collaborate with BI Leads, BAs, Data Engineers, and PMs during migration activities Required Skills • 3–4 years of BI / Reporting / Data Analysis experience • Strong SQL skills (Oracle, Databricks, or similar platforms) • Hands-on Tableau experience • Experience with report validation and reconciliation • Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines Preferred Skills • Exposure to OBIEE / OAS • Experience with Oracle data marts • Basic knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse / Medallion Architecture • Exposure to AWS environments Halvik offers a competitive full benefits package including:Company-supported medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insuranceBenefits include 11 federal holidays and PTOEligible employees may receive performance-based incentives in recognition of individual and/or team achievements.401(k) with company matchingFlexible Spending Accounts for commuter, medical, and dependent care expensesTuition AssistanceCharitable Contribution matching Halvik Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
