Role description
We are looking for Business Analysts to join our team and support a powerful POS platform used across restaurant and retail environments. This platform operates on Android and iOS devices and supports critical business functions including payments, order management, and system integrations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to transform business needs into high-quality product features that deliver real value.
πΌ What Youβll Do
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
β’ Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
β’ Manage and prioritize the product backlog (stories, bugs, tasks)
β’ Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning
β’ Partner with Engineering to support development and resolve queries
β’ Collaborate with Product, UX, and stakeholders for alignment
β’ Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
β’ Assist in release activities, documentation, and feature rollouts

Required Qualifications
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
β’ Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interactions
β’ Hands-on experience writing user stories and managing backlogs
β’ Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
β’ Experience supporting UAT and quality delivery processes
β’ Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and UX teams
β Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in POS, payments, fintech, or retail/restaurant technology
β’ Exposure to both hardware and software products
β’ Familiarity with POS platforms such as Toast or Clover
π Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
β’ Equivalent practical experience or certifications will also be considered

β’ No programming required, but strong technical understanding is essential
β’ Must be comfortable working closely with developers and understanding system behavior
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills are key to success
