Jr Supply Planning Coordinator(Data Analysis) Irvine, CA ( • MUST be local) Pay Range: $27–$36/hour (Target: $32/hour) Duration: 3–6 month contract ( Great potential for extension) Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • • • PLEASE NOTE: We are only accepting candidates that are local to Irvine, CA. Role Overview As an entry-level Supply Planning Coordinator, you will help safeguard the customer experience by monitoring inventory and open order performance, identifying root causes of delays, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. This role is highly data-driven and focused on analysis, reporting, and collaboration rather than external customer interaction. How You’ll Make an Impact Analyze global inventory, demand and supply signals, intercompany transfer orders, and open orders to identify drivers of order fulfillment delays Diagnose root causes of past-due orders and recommend corrective and preventive actions Partner closely with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve issues impacting order performance Build, maintain, and interpret reports and dashboards that highlight trends in past-due orders and OTIF performance Support initiatives to reduce Global Open Orders Past Due to below $16.6M and improve OTIF from 88% to 92% by 2026 Monitor ongoing performance metrics and proactively flag risks to supply continuity Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and data inconsistencies What You Bring (Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Project Management, or related field 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain and or Supply/Production Planning. Must have Strong data analysis skills — ability to review, interpret, and draw insights from large data sets Hands-on experience using Excel (pivot tables, data validation, reporting) and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools Experience analyzing inventory, demand, supply, and order data to identify issues and trends Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues Experience working with SAP, Kinaxis, or similar ERP / planning systems (strongly preferred, especially for reporting) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, issue-resolution-focused environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail No external customer interaction — role works internally with operational teams only Additional Notes Open to candidates with supply planning or production planning backgrounds This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analyzing data, finding root causes, and working cross-functionally SAP (or equivalent ERP) experience is highly valuable due to reporting and system-based analysis needs TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
