Kafka Engineer(Only W2)

Job Title: Kafka Engineer(Only w2) Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Minimum 8+ Years of Experience required. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Kafka Engineer to design, develop, and support the Size Pro to FlexPLM Affiliate Size Ingestion API. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Confluent Kafka Platform, stream processing technologies, and API integrations in a real-time data environment. Required Qualifications: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the Confluent Kafka Platform • Minimum 2 years of experience with Apache Flink and/or KSQL DB • At least 1 year of experience in JSON transformation and API integration • Strong understanding of Kafka architecture, including topics, partitions, consumer groups, and stream processing • Experience designing and supporting event-driven and real-time data ingestion solutions • Proficiency in troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing Kafka-based applications Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience working in Agile development environments Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain the Size Pro to FlexPLM Affiliate Size Ingestion API • Build scalable and reliable streaming data solutions using Kafka technologies • Design and implement real-time data ingestion and transformation processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and downstream systems • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka and stream-processing applications • Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of integration solutions If I missed your call !
