Role description
Kerberos Developer (AIShell)
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in New York, Montreal, or Alpharetta, GA
Skills:
• Proficiency with the C programming language
• In-depth knowledge of systems and network programming in a UNIX/Linux environment
• Familiarity with security concepts (e.g. cryptography, authentication, authorization)
• Experience of systems engineering in a controlled enterprise environment
• Experience of working with Perl and Python
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills and time management skills
• Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership, stakeholders and colleagues
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work both independently and within a globally distributed team
• Experience of working within an agile framework with associated tools (e.g. Jira)
• Ideally experience of contributing to UNIX/Linux-based open-source projects
• Knowledge of Kerberos protocols would be beneficial but not essential
