Work Arrangement:5days in Office (Onsite )
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are hiring a strong L2 DevOps Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
• Research, plan, install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and perform root-cause analysis
• Support application deployments and production operations
• Monitor system performance and security
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project work
• Automate tasks using scripting and CI/CD tools
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI and DevOps
Must Haves:
• Experience with Generative AI
• Knowledge of emerging database technologies for AI applications
• Strong Linux Systems Admin/Engineer skills
• troubleshooting, root-cause analysis
• Experience in large enterprise infrastructure support
• Windows servers and IIS experience
• Familiarity with MS-SQL, Oracle
• Understanding of encryption HSM, SSL
• Great communication
Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of emerging database technologies for AI applications
• Familiarity with containerization (OpenShift, Docker)
• Strong scripting skills (VB, Perl, Python, PowerShell, BASH)
• Experience with patching servers and hosted apps
• Knowledge of network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS)
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Git, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with centralized logging tools (Splunk)
Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
