Role description
JCW has partnered with a leading animal health and pharmaceutical company seeking a Laboratory Execution System Analyst for a contract engagement at their Fort Dodge, Iowa facility. This person will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of LES solutions, working closely with Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, and Process Science teams to optimize shop-floor workflows and maintain data integrity in a GxP-regulated environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on LES professional with direct experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. You have configured and supported LES platforms, understand how they integrate with ERP, LIMS, and shop-floor equipment, and know what it means to operate within strict validation and compliance requirements. LabVantage experience is a hard requirement for this roles.
Key Qualification
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting a Laboratory Execution System platform, LabVantage experience is required
• GMP and GxP regulated environment experience is required
• Experience executing validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ and maintaining systems in a validated state
• Familiarity with industrial automation concepts including PLCs and SCADA and their integration with higher level manufacturing systems
• Experience with ERP integration, specifically SAP, as well as LIMS connectivity
• SQL proficiency for data queries, troubleshooting, and report generation
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or GCP a plus; DevSecOps and CI/CD exposure a plus
