LANSA Developer | £300 - £600 We're working with a leading enterprise infrastructure specialist on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a high-caliber LANSA Developer to spearhead a critical ERP transformation for a major UK organisation. This is a high-impact, 6-month contract focused on the complex migration from Oracle JDE World to Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne. You will leverage your deep expertise in IBM i architecture and RDML to ensure a seamless transition for a massive user base. The Role • Lead the development and enhancement of business-critical applications using RDML and RDMLX. • Facilitate a major ERP upgrade programme, migrating core systems from JDE World to EnterpriseOne. • Utilize the Visual LANSA Editor to design and implement robust, scalable code solutions on the IBM i platform. • Troubelshoot and optimize existing LANSA codebases to ensure high performance during the migration phase. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver project milestones within an agile-focused enterprise environment. What You'll Need • Extensive hands-on experience in LANSA development, specifically with RDML and RDMLX programming languages. • Proven track record working within the IBM i (AS/400) ecosystem, including a deep understanding of DB2 databases. • Direct experience supporting large-scale ERP upgrades or complex data migration projects (JDE experience is highly desirable). • Proficiency with the Visual LANSA Editor and modern LANSA development tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced contract setting.
