Laserfiche Developer / ECM Developer

• 6-month contract with potential for hire as a W2 employee of Talent Groups. • Onsite in either Tempe, AZ, Columbus, IN, San Antonio, TX or Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a highly skilled Laserfiche Automation Specialist to own the design, implementation, optimization, and support of a global Laserfiche environment. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for Laserfiche and plays a critical part in driving automation, workflow efficiency, and data integrity across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, and implement Laserfiche workflows, forms, and automation solutions • Support and enhance a large-scale, multi-user Laserfiche environment • Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and ensure optimal performance • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) • Conduct testing for workflows, processes, and system enhancements • Analyze system data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and process issues • Document configurations, workflows, and integration points • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Stay current with Laserfiche updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Laserfiche suite, including: Workflow, Forms, Server, Directory Server, Import Agent, Web Client, WebLink • Strong experience supporting enterprise or multi-server Laserfiche environments • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and XML • Experience with API-based integrations and system automation • Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation principles • Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment Preferred Qualifications • Laserfiche Certification (LCP or equivalent) • Experience integrating Laserfiche with ERP, CRM, or HRIS platforms • Background in financial systems or financial data workflows • Experience with BI/reporting tools and data visualization • Exposure to data migration, transformation, and QA in enterprise systems What Makes This Role Unique • Dedicated ownership of a complex, enterprise-wide Laserfiche environment • Opportunity to serve as the organization’s primary Laserfiche expert • Blend of new automation development and enhancement of existing systems • High visibility across cross-functional and global teams • Strong impact on process efficiency, data quality, and operational improvement
