Role description
β’ 6-month contract with potential for hire as a W2 employee of Talent Groups.
β’ Onsite in either Tempe, AZ, Columbus, IN, San Antonio, TX or Charlotte, NC.
We are seeking a highly skilled Laserfiche Automation Specialist to own the design, implementation, optimization, and support of a global Laserfiche environment. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for Laserfiche and plays a critical part in driving automation, workflow efficiency, and data integrity across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, enjoys building scalable automation solutions, and can bridge technical execution with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, configure, and implement Laserfiche workflows, forms, and automation solutions
β’ Support and enhance a large-scale, multi-user Laserfiche environment
β’ Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and ensure optimal performance
β’ Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
β’ Conduct testing for workflows, processes, and system enhancements
β’ Analyze system data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and process issues
β’ Document configurations, workflows, and integration points
β’ Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Stay current with Laserfiche updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Laserfiche suite, including: Workflow, Forms, Server, Directory Server, Import Agent, Web Client, WebLink
β’ Strong experience supporting enterprise or multi-server Laserfiche environments
β’ Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and XML
β’ Experience with API-based integrations and system automation
β’ Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation principles
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Laserfiche Certification (LCP or equivalent)
β’ Experience integrating Laserfiche with ERP, CRM, or HRIS platforms
β’ Background in financial systems or financial data workflows
β’ Experience with BI/reporting tools and data visualization
β’ Exposure to data migration, transformation, and QA in enterprise systems
