Role description
Lead Adv. Analyst, Scaled Account Management
Description
• The Scaled Account Management (SAM) Advanced Analyst sits within Marketing Analytics and serves as the measurement and analytical engine for scaled host outreach — the central team that designs and executes high-impact campaigns on behalf of local supply teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NAMER. SAM partners with the field to identify market gaps and high-potential opportunities, then owns the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content through launch. You'll partner closely with SAM operators and program managers, marketers, and regional field teams to prove the incremental value of host outreach and optimize which levers actually move the needle
• The Difference You Will Make (brief overview of the position)
• You will be the dedicated analytics owner of SAM's campaign measurement strategy — bringing experimental rigor to a fast-growing program that today only has basic measurement. You will design and execute incrementality tests on SAM's highest-impact, highest-volume campaigns and provide the analytical foundation the team needs to decide where to double down and where to redirect effort. Your work will directly shape channel strategy, lever prioritization, and how SAM defends (or reallocates) its investment across regions.
Duties
• Design and analyze incrementality tests (ERFs) on SAM's highest-impact campaigns to quantify true incremental lift on levers like pricing and availability. Translate results into clear "invest / redirect / sunset" recommendations for the team and regional leaders.
• Evaluate channel performance by region — measure how newer channels perform against SAM's defaults of email and push, accounting for regional differences (e.g., APAC's lower email open rates and push-heavy skew), to inform future channel strategy.
• Analyze audience, lever, and segment performance — determine which levers, themes, and host segments most efficiently drive meaningful, measurable impact, and help strengthen performance across unmanaged host segments.
• Contribute to the learning agenda — run analyses and/or design tests that answer strategic questions (e.g., Do SAM's localized, multi-listing sends drive lift where broad growth-marketing sends don't? Which channels drive adoption by region?) and feed learnings back to the team for the roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SAM Program Managers on campaign execution, with Growth Marketing on methodology, and with regional teams on performance readouts and best-practice sharing.
Requirements
• 7+ years in analytics or data science, with depth in marketing/lifecycle measurement, CRM/host or customer outreach, or growth analytics.
• Strong experimentation and causal inference skills: experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.
• Measurement fluency: hands-on experience with campaign/lifecycle measurement across channels (email, push, and emerging channels), attribution methodologies, and their limitations.
• Analysis that drives action: your insights directly shape lever prioritization, channel strategy, and resourcing decisions — you influence planning and prioritization through Director level.
• Excellent communicator: able to distill complex measurement results into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders and partners. Comfortable pushing back when the data warrants it.
• Technical proficiency: advanced SQL and Python/R. Experience working in large-scale data environments and building scalable reporting.
• AI-forward mindset: experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and build scalable solutions.
• Quantitative degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
Compensation
• $112.56 – 124.14/hr W—2
