• Manage delivery timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM development and DevOps.
• Guide and mentor a team of AEM developers, architects, and QA engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, eg, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launc,h RTCDP.
