Role description
Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 6 Months (extensions likely until 2027) Location: Hybrid, Edinburgh 3 days on-site IR35 Status: Inside IR35 A key leadership opportunity to drive digital transformation through customer portal upgrades for a major financial services organisation. The role bridges business and technology across an entire programme, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery of tangible value across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead and coordinate business and technical analysis across project streams β€’ Define and standardise analysis frameworks, documentation templates, and governance models β€’ Facilitate workshops to elicit and prioritise business requirements β€’ Oversee requirements traceability and stakeholder alignment β€’ Manage process design, business modelling, and continuous improvement β€’ Analyse data to identify insights supporting decision-making β€’ Deputise for Project/Programme Leads when required β€’ Support solution design and implementation with CX and technical teams β€’ Maintain consistent and high-quality project documentation β€’ Ensure adherence to client methodologies (Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid) Required Skills: β€’ 10+ years’ experience in business analysis β€’ Demonstrated leadership of analysis & customer experience teams β€’ Pensions & Bonds Industry experience β€’ Skilled in business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements management β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities β€’ Strong understanding of change management principles β€’ Worked on Sapiens SCM & PEGA related projects / knowledge of systems Desired Skills: β€’ Experience with BTS Pension Services & Unisure Migrations
